Who's behind this

Hey. I'm Seth. I've been working with café and restaurant owners for years, helping them figure out the stuff that normally costs $30K-$50K in consultancy fees. Brand standards. Operations manuals. Financial models. Franchise prep.

About eight months ago I started using AI tools to do that work in hours instead of weeks. The results were better. The cost was lower. The whole thing felt like a glitch in the system.
