A 3-month AI-native transformation for an early-stage startup. I rebuilt how the team works with AI, and how their analysis reaches clients.
Elua had a strong analytical product and the same problem most teams have right now: too many AI tools, no clear order to adopt them, and a manual process holding it all back. The work was twofold. Make the team genuinely AI-native day to day, and turn their dense twenty-page analyses into interactive experiences a client actually wants to read.
This project is the AI-native transformation itself. I moved the team's daily work onto AI and built parts of their product with it.
This is the work I want more of: embed with a team, put AI to work across how they operate, then hand it back so they own it. Design is part of it, but the mandate is the business.
I embed for a defined window, move fast, and leave. Lower cost than a hire, faster than an agency.
Not a logo or a screen refresh. I changed how the whole team works with AI, day to day.
The goal is zero dependency on me. The team runs every system I built after I'm gone.
Tools chosen and sequenced so AI becomes how they work, not another subscription nobody opens.
Static decks became interactive, source-linked reports where every claim traces to its evidence.
A repeatable, AI-assisted pipeline that compounds long after the engagement ends.
AI moved from a novelty to the operating layer of the business, and their analysis went from static decks to interactive, source-linked experiences. The team was left able to run all of it without me.
