The Role

I help businesses become AI-native — implementing the systems and training your team to own them.

The Range

Fifteen years across design, software, and operations — now using AI end to end, from concept and rapid prototyping to the systems that ship. The work below proves it.

I don't just advise on AI. I implement it — and empower your team to own it.

01 AI Implementation [ Elua — Operations Dashboard ]

Elua — AI-Native Transformation

Took an early-stage AI startup from a scattered tool stack to an AI-native operating system in three months — led the ChatGPT-to-Claude migration, rebuilt the knowledge base, chose the meeting and comms stack, and shipped a custom React operations dashboard.

02 Product & UX [ Elua — Interactive Analysis ]

Elua — Product & UX Design

Designed the product's analytical backbone and visual language — turning 20-page reports into interactive, deeply-linked experiences where every claim traces back to its source.

03 My Company · Restaurant AI

Deep Fried Bananas

A company I'm building on weekends: a community and dashboard that gives restaurant owners a roadmap for putting AI to work across 12 pillars of their business — from a full franchise-readiness build to single, outcome-focused fixes like a profit-driven menu redesign. Currently in beta.

do or don't 03 Product & UX · Live App

Do or Don't

A daily habit and life tracker I designed and built — a radial map of the twelve things that build you and the things that corrode you, scored by difficulty and traceable over time. Interactive, live, and yours to try.

04 Architecture · Branding

Puma Mala

An integrated wellness development — spa, functional medicine, and residences in one place. Brand, strategy, AI-driven renderings, and digital experience for a project that doesn't fit any one category.

02  Approach

Most businesses don't need more AI. They need the right few tools, in the right order, applied by someone who's actually shipped.

After two years deep in the AI landscape — code, design, branding, video, operations — I keep seeing the same thing stall small businesses and startups: too many tools, and no clear order to adopt them in. Overwhelm kills adoption. My job is to cut through it — a sequenced roadmap of a few powerful tools, implemented in the order that makes them stick, so AI becomes part of how the team actually works instead of another subscription nobody opens.
